Ending Your Day
End your day with gratitude. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. End this day with gratitude for experiencing another day. End this day with gratitude for your thoughts, feelings and emotions. End this day with thoughts of being thankful that YOU can walk, talk, see and hear. End this day with thoughts of appreciation for your health and that your body and all of its systems are working perfectly for YOU. Begin to think thoughts of perfect health, begin to see and feel yourself healthy, strong, vibrant and full of life and energy.
End this day and everyday with thoughts of forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within, release it, relax and begin to feel good on the inside. End your day with this mindset, as it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance and reduce stress within your life.
Cleansing and Healing
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, breathe in, let it out, breathe in, let it out slowly. Begin to feel relaxed. Breathe in relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Breathe in deep and relax. Begin to calm your thoughts, mind and body. Take another calming breath and release. Close your eyes and visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed within your garden. Visualize, see, feel and know that every cell and every system within your body is working perfectly for just for YOU. See it, feel it, think it and know it! Take a moment to mentally send love to each cell, organ and system within your body. Begin to feel love for your body. Feel the harmony and balance of each system. Begin to think the thought “I love and respect my body, I love and respect myself.” Repeat this thought several times. Begin to feel gratitude for today and for the life that YOU are allowed to experience each day. If there are areas within your body that need healing, begin to think positive loving healing thoughts. Send loving and healing thoughts to every area of your body. Repeat the thought; I am grateful for my healing and perfect health. Focus your thoughts and attention on perfect health and healing. Focus on send love, light and peace throughout your entire body. Begin to feel and think the thoughts "I am thankful for my life and I am grateful for my body". Repeat this thought as much as YOU can prior to bed. Take a few slow deep breaths; take another calming breath and slowly release it and feel peaceful.
After completing your quiet relaxation, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and radio and begin to rest... Peacefully...
