End each day with quiet reflection. Take this time to re-connect with yourself. It only takes a few moments of quiet to begin to find yourself. Why quietly reflect? To connet to/with YOU. Each day YOU give time and hours of energy to the responsibilities and cares of life. Why not give back to yourself? Do this by "unpluging". Take a few moments each night to calm yourself, relax and just let go! To begin, relax, release, and let go of all of the events of the day. Think and feel the feeling of gratitude. Give thankfs for your life and health. Sit quietly and feel the calming feeling peacefulness. Just for a moment, visualize yourself completely peaceful. Relax yourself, your mind your thoughts and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am calm, I am relaxed, and I am peaceful". While YOU are thinking and feeling thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility, breathe, long, slow breaths and just relax. Continue to do this for a few moments prior to bed.
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, be thankful for "YOU" the beautiful creation that YOU are, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully.....
