Make a commitment to consistent effort to work on YOU today, each day and everyday, one day at a time.
Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation and respect for yourself, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel the release and freedom that forgiveness brings. Begin to relax, feel the release, and feel good within. Begin to live each day with a new mindset, one that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.
Quiet Relaxation, Visualization and Central Focal Point
These activities are designed to assist YOU with the development of mental focus. The practice of quiet relaxation periods will allow YOU to develop time to relax and release the events of your day. Use visualization to open doors to creative imagination, stimulation of positive thought and the development of creative and innovative ideas. Practice “Finding Your Central Focal Point” these activities will allow YOU to practice, develop and strengthen your mental focus and clarity. It is a fact that the more that YOU develop mental focus and clarity, the more that YOU can create mental and emotional balance with your life.
Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in and slowly begin to mentally, relax. Completely calm and relax your mind and thoughts. Completely calm and relax your emotions, feelings and body. Close your eyes relax and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Begin to feel completely relaxed and begin to slowly release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude, respect and appreciation for YOU, your life and your health. Take slow, deep breaths and truly become thankful for your life and health. Begin to create balance within your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing events of the past.

After completing your quiet time, review your goals, take a deep breath make a commitment to change, turn off the TV/radio and rest... Peacefully.
