Make a commitment to consistent effort to work on YOU today, each day and everyday, one day at a time.
Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation and respect for yourself, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel the release and freedom that forgiveness brings. Begin to relax, feel the release, and feel good within. Begin to live each day with a new mindset, one that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.
Releasing Doubt
Allow yourself to become calm, quiet and silent. Breathe in slowly and slowly release. Relax and begin to think of all of the doubt and disbelief that exists within your current mindset, expose it. Allow yourself to release from within YOU all self doubt and thoughts of fear and failure. Release all negative thoughts about yourself that YOU have learned from your experiences and from others. Allow yourself to think the thought I AM Successful at everything that I attempt to do, repeat this to yourself, breathe in, release and begin to feel good within.
Visualization
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your central focal point. To do this visualize a dot or circle within your mind. Continue to focus within until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it then begin to completely focus on it. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue maintain your focus upon it. Continue to practice developing your mental focus through visualization exercises.
The Light
Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Breathe in again and slowly release. Close your eyes and visualize and see yourself in a comfortable, safe, and peaceful place. Just in front of YOU appears a beautiful golden light. YOU begin to feel drawn toward the light. As YOU move closer YOU feel love and peace emanating from the light. As YOU move closer to the light YOU begin to feel love and harmony. YOU begin to feel light and very calm. As YOU stand in front of the light YOU begin to sense and feel harmony and happiness. As YOU reach out to touch the light, YOU begin to feel a vibration. As this vibration moves through your body it grows stronger and stronger. YOU now begin to sense and feel a surge of positive energy and love that is the source of the light. Allow this positive energy and love to slowly and gently fill your entire body. YOU begin to feel very light and YOU begin to feel love, pure love. All around YOU becomes serene, quiet and YOU feel relaxed. Begin to create balance within your life by practicing relaxation techniques daily.
Completion
After completing your quiet time, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio and rest... Peacefully.
