Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation and respect for yourself, your body, your health and your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel the release and freedom that forgiveness brings. Begin to relax, feel the release, and feel good within. Begin to live each day with a new mindset, one that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.
Continue to practice forgiveness. Direct your thoughts toward finding someone to forgive.

Sit quietly for a few moments and feel the feelings of gratitude and forgiveness. Express gratitude for the things that YOU do have, your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs and for waking with a sound mind. Create a list of things that YOU are grateful for. Think and feel the feelings of forgiveness. Begin to feel the feeling lightness as YOU let go. Allow the feeling of peacefulness move throughout your body. While YOU are feeling positive feelings, breathe, long, slow breaths.
Begin to breathe deeply and slowly, relax and begin to examine your mood. Visualize and see yourself peaceful and relaxed. Now take your mind back to replay your entire day. Begin to examine your words and actions. Honestly and peacefully begin to see yourself as YOU really were today. See your interactions with others, examine the ways in which YOU treated others, reflect on how others treated YOU. See and feel your moods, see and feel your emotions, examine if your mood energy was positive or negative. See and feel as many interactions as YOU can that occurred during your day today. Breathe in deeply and begin to relax. Breathe slowly and gently while thinking “I Love Myself, I Love Myself.” Repeat this thought to yourself several times. Repeat this thought as much as YOU can prior to bed. Take a slow deep breath and release. Take another calming breath and slowly release it. Relax and feel peaceful within.
