Begin today to offer forgiveness to those who were negative and hurtful to YOU in the past, offer forgiveness to yourself for any negative actions that YOU may have taken as well. Begin today, to create the life that YOU desire by creating positive thoughts and images of yourself. Begin today, to love yourself more, begin today to respect yourself more, begin today to appreciate yourself more. Begin today to appreciate all of your special gifts, talents and abilities. Begin today, to work toward making this day your greatest day ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born to be today, each day, everyday, one day at a time!
The Process of Empowerment
Empowerment begins with establishing a goal. To start this process YOU will have to determine that there is something in your life that YOU really want to change, get better at or completely eliminate. This willingness comes from the within YOU. Change begins with the acknowledgement of your own needs and the desire for knowledge of Self. It comes from being completely honest with yourself and focusing completely on the thing that YOU know within your heart YOU need to work on. Begin the process today, by sitting alone and examining your life, your thoughts, your actions and your activities. Determine the goal that YOU want to work on and begin to work on it today, each day and everyday one day a time.
Balance - An even distribution of (energy, thought, focus and faith) enabling YOU to remain upright and steady.
Focus - The focal point of your mind and thoughts
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability
