Today, begin to consciously acknowledge the feelings that YOU are feeling, once this is done, choose an appropriate positive feeling to consistently think and feel. Make a choice to replace worry with joy, replace frustration with happiness and replace anger with peace and love. This practice will assist YOU in creating balance and places YOU in complete mental and emotional control of yourself.
