This next step in the Resolutions process is to develop and add structure to your resolutions, goals or intentions. Again, this step takes much thought contemplation and deliberation. With setting goals, what will be most important in this step by process is the ability to be completely honest with yourself about who you are and what you really want to change/achieve. This structure (method, ways of doing things or course of action) will assist you in developing the most crucial element to your eventual success "consistency". In order to reach your stated goals, you have to be consistent in working your action plan for success. It is important to remember all processes take time. Once this course of action is developed, it then becomes a step by step daily action, activity or procedure that you implement and repeat over and over and over until your goal is achieved. Lastly, you have to become completely serious and focused on the steps necessary to make the changes within your life that you desire. Remember, in order to make a change on the outside, there must be a change on the inside (from within).
Practice becoming the best person that you can be by "doing" the things you know you need to do to achieve your resolutions today, each day, everyday one day at a time.
