Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, release it, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to each day with this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance in your life.

Acknowledging Your Emotional Energy Review
Is worry, frustration and anger the natural way we should would respond and react? Why do we choose worry, anger, or frustration? Each of us express these emotions and it is perfectly healthy and human to have them, but many of us have learned to express our negative emotions far more than we express our positive emotions. We have to begin to consciously into tune our feelings and emotions each moment of the day. We then have to consciously choose the feeling or emotion that we will feel or experience. Today, begin to consciously acknowledge the feelings that YOU are feeling, once this is done, choose an appropriate positive feeling to consistently think and feel. Make a choice to replace worry with joy, replace frustration with happiness, and replace anger with peace and love. This practice will assist YOU in creating balance and places YOU in complete mental and emotional control of yourself. YOU will find that the more YOU practice this mind set, the more that YOU will begin to experience life from another perspective. Begin to practice making your principle feeling, emotion and thought energy joy, happiness, peace and love today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.

Choosing Your Emotional Energy Review
Where did YOU learn to worry? Where did YOU learn to be frustrated and angry? The next question is, is that really YOU? Stop for a moment and think, is this who I really AM or who I have learned to become? Is worry, frustration and anger the natural way I should would respond and react? Gratitude and Forgiveness
Today, I humble myself. I boldly stand ready and willing to examine myself, my heart, my ways and my intentions.

I begin my day with thoughts of gratitude.

Breathe in become relaxed and start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life.

I begin this day with forgiveness within my heart.

Breathe in and slowly release, begin to forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Become completely relaxed and begin to feel forgiveness within.

The Way YOU Feel
I direct my thoughts toward the way I feel. I make the way I feel the most important thing in my life. Today,  I will do the things that make me feel positive, productive and alive. I will practice feeling good and thinking positive thoughts all day today.

The Process of Empowerment: Developing Desire
Desire is a very strong feeling that if consistently practiced and utilized will assist YOU in accomplishing anything. When the feeling of desire is combined with focus, it creates mental and emotional energy within. This energy, if properly utilized and directed will overpower any negative feeling or emotion. The power and energy of desire will assist YOU in pushing yourself physically, particularly when YOU physically don’t “feel” up to putting proper amount of forth effort. Desire is strengthened by your thoughts, and driven by your will. It is important to practice managing and direct your thoughts throughout the day. The process is simple, the more that YOU practice developing and utilizing the feeling of desire, the more YOU will be able to demonstrate your ability to navigate past the base levels of your feelings and emotions. Within the process of empowerment daily practice is very important, the more that YOU practice the easier the process becomes. The development and use of desire creates balance, discipline and assists in development of a new mindset. Practice utilizing the power of desire within your life today, each day and everyday one day at a time.

Focus - The focal point of your mind and thoughts
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability

I end today with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to end each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation. Before YOU close your eyes to rest, begin thinking of the things that YOU are grateful for. Feel gratitude for the two most important things your life and your health.

Continue to practice forgiveness. Direct your thoughts toward finding something or someone to forgive.

Take slow, deep breaths and release... Slowly begin to calm yourself and become relaxed. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax within. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Breathe in slowly, relax and let it out. Breathe in and slowly release. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation. Take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health.

Enjoy the love, joy, happiness and peace that exist within your beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am peaceful." As YOU are feeling the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths. Practice this relaxation technique for a few moments prior to bed each night.

The Process of Empowerment: Knowledge of Self
Knowledge of self creates mental, physical and emotional balance within. It is the daily practice of monitoring your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Knowing yourself is the process of uncovering and understanding what really makes YOU tick. It is the daily examination of your energy, thoughts, moods, and emotions. It is the understanding of how each (energy, thoughts, moods, and emotions) operate within YOU and the roles that they actively play with your life. The process of empowerment allows YOU to have greater control over YOU; this is done through daily practice. This daily practice creates control and management of your energy, thoughts moods and emotions. It is the dismantling of your so called triggers, emotional outbursts and responses. It is the management and maintenance of your excessive behaviors, actions and activities. Empowerment is your daily efforts to develop YOU one day at a time. When consistently practiced, this process will allow YOU to focus upon, control and direct YOU each day creating balance, peace, love and harmony both outside of YOU and within. Work on YOU today, each day, and everyday one day at a time.

Humility, Gratitude and Forgiveness
Today, I humble myself. Today, I boldly stand ready and willing to examine myself, my heart, my ways and my intentions. I ask for forgiveness for all of my mistakes, misjudgments, and misdeeds. I ask for forgiveness for my selfishness, my disregard and disrespect to any of God’s creations. I humble myself to simply ask for forgiveness to anyone that my beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, actions, activities and words has brought harm or hurt to. I am grateful for this day and for each day that I am allowed to experience. I am truly grateful for my life and health. Today, I recognize that life is a process, a process filled with experiences to learn and grow from. Today, I am respecting the process by practicing humility, gratitude and forgiveness in an effort to become a better person than I was yesterday. I will work to become a better human being today and each day of my life for the rest of my life.

Begin to relax, feel the release, and feel good within. Begin to live each day with a new mindset, one that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.

Continue to practice forgiveness. Direct your thoughts toward finding someone to forgive.

Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly for a few moments and feel the feelings of gratitude and forgiveness. Express gratitude for the things that YOU do have, your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs and for waking with a sound mind. Create a list of things that YOU are grateful for. Think and feel the feelings of forgiveness. Begin to feel the feeling lightness as YOU let go. Allow the feeling of peacefulness move throughout your body. While YOU are feeling positive feelings, breathe, long, slow breaths.

Visualization
Begin to breathe deeply and slowly, relax and begin to examine your mood. Visualize and see yourself peaceful and relaxed. Now take your mind back to replay your entire day. Begin to examine your words and actions. Honestly and peacefully begin to see yourself as YOU really were today. See your interactions with others, examine the ways in which YOU treated others, reflect on how others treated YOU. See and feel your moods, see and feel your emotions, examine if your mood energy was positive or negative. See and feel as many interactions as YOU can that occurred during your day today. Breathe in deeply and begin to relax. Breathe slowly and gently while thinking “I Love Myself, I Love Myself.” Repeat this thought to yourself several times. Repeat this thought as much as YOU can prior to bed. Take a slow deep breath and release. Take another calming breath and slowly release it. Relax and feel peaceful within.

The process of Empowerment focuses directly on knowledge of self. It uncovers layers of emotional baggage along with years of misinformation, thoughts and feelings that YOU have developed about yourself along the way. Knowledge of self within the empowerment process deals with examining YOU, your ways, your activities, your emotions and your behaviors. It focuses and directs these energies in positive and productive ways. The process allows YOU to do the things necessary to change the things that YOU know YOU need to work on and change. Knowledge of self begins with a few acknowledgements; it is acknowledging who YOU and exactly where YOU are mentally, physically and emotionally. This acknowledgement is immediately followed by acceptance. Acceptance is followed by the proper use of thought, energy, effort and determination to work on YOU from where YOU find . Begin to work on YOU today, each day, everyday one day at a time.

Balance - An even distribution of (energy, thought, focus and faith) enabling YOU to remain upright and steady.
Focus - The focal point of your mind and thoughts
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability
