Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, release it, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to each day with this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance in your life.
Acknowledging Your Emotional Energy Review
Is worry, frustration and anger the natural way we should would respond and react? Why do we choose worry, anger, or frustration? Each of us express these emotions and it is perfectly healthy and human to have them, but many of us have learned to express our negative emotions far more than we express our positive emotions. We have to begin to consciously into tune our feelings and emotions each moment of the day. We then have to consciously choose the feeling or emotion that we will feel or experience.
