Consistent Effort
With consistent effort YOU begin to demonstrate your ability to perform and complete the necessary tasks each day. The daily demonstration of effort is a repetition of consistent focused performance; consistent focused performance is nothing more than a consistent combination of thought and action. The consistent repetition of thought and action over time creates and develops a new way acting and of thinking or a renewed mind or mindset. The more that YOU can consistently put forth the effort to perform the mental and physical tasks necessary to complete your goals, the closer YOU get to achieving them. It is a fact that mental and physical effort continuously focused, places YOU on the path and in the direction of your goal today, each day, everyday one day at a time.

What is Effort?
Many ask what is Effort? Effort is being determined. Effort is fuel, drive and energy! Effort is power, the power to do, the power to become, the power to create. Effort generates and creates the power and strength that YOU need to achieve and succeed. Effort is what is most needed be determined to reach your goals each and every day. Effort is the combined feelings of desire and determination. Effort is a powerful feeling/force within, that if used correctly can catapult YOU toward your goals and aspirations beyond belief. To find success YOU have to begin to make constant and continuous efforts each day that are directed at and towards your goal. Begin each day with making an effort to become more and more determined. Stop for a moment to acknowledge that your life is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, and words. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within your heart and mind. Allow yourself to feel the release. Begin to feel relaxed and good within.

Visualization
Finding Your Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your focal point. YOU can do this by visualizing a dot within your mind. Begin to block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue direct and maintain your focus. Continue to visualize your focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it.  Continue to practice developing your central focal point each nigh prior to bed. Visualization exercises can assist YOU in the process of developing and maintaining mental focus and emotional balance.

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become grateful for your life and health. Take in a slow deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.

Personal Empowerment Is All About Choice
Personal Empowerment is about choice. Your life is all about choice. Your life is all about choices and decisions. Your life is about each and every choice and decision that YOU make. In life we all have to make choices and decisions. Each choice and decision that YOU make is important. Each choice and decision leads YOU toward your destiny or destination. In life, there is no single right or wrong choice, path or direction. Each choice and decision is yours and yours alone to make. Each decision is freely yours to make and live with. Each choice and decision made in your life determines a path or the direction that YOU will take in your life. Each choice and decision places YOU in a direction or course in life.  Each choice, path or direction that YOU choose, will allow YOU the benefit an experience in life as well. What direction, path or course are YOU taking with your life?  Each day a choice will be made! Is your choice grow? Each day the choice is yours to make, is the choice commitment? The choice is yours to make a commitment to self. A simple commitment made to YOU. Make the choice today to commit to focusing on YOU, developing YOU, Loving YOU, caring for and respecting YOU. Make a choice today, to create balance in your life. Make the choice today to put forth the effort (to simply try) to work on those things that YOU know YOU need to work on. Make a commitment to start today. Make a commitment to stick to it and with it. Make a commitment to be consistent today, each day and everyday. The journey in life is all about YOU. Every choice and decision that YOU will make in life is a creation. As the creator of your life what are YOU creating? What are YOU creating with your mind? What are YOU creating with your thoughts? What exactly are YOU creating with your life? Today, begin to make each choice that YOU make a choice that leads YOU toward a better life. Create better thoughts about YOU. Begin to create better thoughts and feelings about your choices and your life.  Become determined and committed to creating better choices and decisions in your life. Today, begin to create better choices about what YOU will do, how YOU will behave, how YOU will respond and how YOU will react. The creation of better choices and focus comes directly from your thoughts, your way of thinking, your mindset. Your better thoughts create better words. Your better thoughts create better actions and activities. This better thought comes from your commitment to work on YOU. Ending Your Day

Quiet Reflection
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation for your life. Next, focus your thoughts on forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.  Practice quiet reflection each night prior to bed.

Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to just relax. Begin to take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in slowly, release and begin to mentally relax.  Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness. Think thoughts of peacefulness, think thoughts of tranquility, think and feel thoughts of love, joy, happiness and harmony. Begin to feel that YOU are worthy of Love, Joy, Peace and Happiness! Once completely relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for your life and health. Begin to create balance and reduce stress by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present today and each day.

Visualization
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers and beautiful green trees. Begin to see and feel the warm light and love of the sun, shining gently down upon YOU. Allow yourself to absorb the light from the sun. Allow this warm loving light to embrace YOU. Feel the warmth and love radiate through your body. Begin to feel the love and the joy as it becomes apart of YOU. Allow yourself to feel light, loved, happy and free. Enjoy the love, joy and peace that exist within your beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Slowly repeat "I Am Peaceful". As YOU continue to feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe in long, slow, deep and slowly release. Practice this relaxation technique for a few moments prior to bed each night.

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, visualize peace and love within YOU and within your home. Visualize this peace and love flowing through YOU and every space within your home.  Review your goals, take in a slow deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.

Begin to see YOU; see yourself, and your actions today, make all of your actions and word today positive. Take a slow deep breath and become thankful for waking to another day.

Begin Today!
Begin today, to offer forgiveness to those who were negative and hurtful to YOU in any way. Offer forgiveness to yourself for any negative actions that YOU may have taken as well. Begin today, to create the life that YOU desire by creating positive thoughts and images of yourself. Begin today, to love yourself more, begin today to respect yourself more, begin today to appreciate yourself more. Begin today to appreciate all of your special gifts, talents and abilities. Make today your greatest day ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born to be today, each day, everyday, one day at a time!

Effort Is
What is effort? Effort is doing, effort is action and activity. Effort is determining what YOU need to do and doing it. Effort is identifying that dream or goal and consistently working on it. Effort is consistently working on your goal until a change occurs. Effort is your ability to consistently direct your mind, thoughts and energy on your goal until YOU have reached your goal. Effort is energy and this energy must be focused and consistently directed toward your goal. Effort is a mental and physical focus of directed energy. To do anything YOU have to think about it, thoughts are mental energy. YOU have to combine the mental energy of your thoughts with your physical energy and abilities each day. This combined energy must be focused and directed toward your goals in order for YOU to attain the result that YOU are looking to achieve. YOU have to begin to train yourself to develop, utilize and focus your mental and physical energies. The use of mental energy here would be your creative imagination, thoughts and mindset. Begin by creating a mental picture. YOU will need consistent thought and visualization of this mental picture. This mental action will allow YOU to focus on your goal. The next part is directing these thoughts toward action a specific action. If YOU begin to visualize and think consistent thoughts of health and fitness for example; and began to make these thoughts your dominant, regular and consistent way of thinking your actions will begin to change toward to direction of your thoughts. If YOU then, begin to see healthy foods, or watch fitness programs and read fitness magazines, YOU will begin to see your actions life begin to change. If YOU begin to talk about fitness and health and about the healthy food choices, these thoughts will become action. The action of eating healthy foods and walking, riding a bike or getting a personal trainer would begin to occur all because of your thoughts. With this change, YOU have succeeded in directing your thoughts and visual images into action. This combination of action and mind creates and become a part of your new mindset. Effort is courage! It is the courage to change, the courage to grow, the courage to do something new, the courage to do something different,  the courage to do something better! It is the courage to persist in your efforts to overcome your ways, habits and mindset. It is the courage to become consistent in your thinking and doing. It is the courage to change your current mindset and fight against your old ways of thinking and behaving. Effort is the courage to think new thoughts that will allow YOU to work on and change YOU today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.

Quiet Relaxation
Take a few moments to quietly relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in slowly and begin to mentally relax.  Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness. Begin to think thoughts of peacefulness, tranquility, love, joy, happiness and harmony. Begin to think it, feel it and see it all around YOU. Once YOU are completely relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for all things within your life. Begin to take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health. Begin to create balance within your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present.
 
Peaceful Visualization
Sit completely peaceful and relaxed. Take a moment to Mentally look around your world. Visualize and see the beautiful world in which YOU exist. See the beautiful flowers. See the tall green trees and feel soft, green grass under your feet. Begin to see and feel the brilliant, warm light of the evening sun. Feel it, shining gently down upon YOU. Absorb the loving light beautiful orange glow from the golden sun. Allow this warm loving light to embrace YOU. Feel the warmth and love of the light. Allow it to radiate throughout your body. Feel the love, feel the joy, feel the peace, as it becomes apart of YOU and YOU become apart of it. Feel light, feel loved and feel happy. Enjoy the love, enjoy the joy and enjoy the peace that exists within YOU. Enjoy the peace and love that the light provides YOU. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Slowly release all worries, all stress and all tension. Repeat "I AM Relaxed, I AM Peaceful". As YOU feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation, begin to take in long, slow, deep, breaths. Begin to practice and enjoy peaceful relaxation for a few moments each day. 

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, quiet relaxation and peaceful visualization.  Review your goals, take in a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.

Effort Is Courage!
In my previous message, I shared the example of eating healthy foods and walking, riding a bike or getting a personal trainer would begin to occur all because of your thoughts. Within the process, YOU have succeeded in directing your thoughts and visual images into action. This combination of action and mind creates and becomes a part of your new mindset. Effort is courage! It is the courage to change, the courage to grow, the courage to do something new, the courage to do something different,  the courage to do something better! It is the courage to persist in your efforts to overcome your ways, habits and mindset. It is the courage to become consistent in your thinking and doing. It is the courage to change your current mindset and fight against your old ways of thinking and behaving. Effort is the courage to think new thoughts that will allow YOU to work on and change YOU today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
