Ending Your Day
Quiet Reflection
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation for your life. Next, focus your thoughts on forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body. Practice quiet reflection each night prior to bed.
Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to just relax. Begin to take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in slowly, release and begin to mentally relax. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness. Think thoughts of peacefulness, think thoughts of tranquility, think and feel thoughts of love, joy, happiness and harmony. Begin to feel that YOU are worthy of Love, Joy, Peace and Happiness! Once completely relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for your life and health. Begin to create balance and reduce stress by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present today and each day.
Visualization
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers and beautiful green trees. Begin to see and feel the warm light and love of the sun, shining gently down upon YOU. Allow yourself to absorb the light from the sun. Allow this warm loving light to embrace YOU. Feel the warmth and love radiate through your body. Begin to feel the love and the joy as it becomes apart of YOU. Allow yourself to feel light, loved, happy and free. Enjoy the love, joy and peace that exist within your beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Slowly repeat "I Am Peaceful". As YOU continue to feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe in long, slow, deep and slowly release. Practice this relaxation technique for a few moments prior to bed each night.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, visualize peace and love within YOU and within your home. Visualize this peace and love flowing through YOU and every space within your home. Review your goals, take in a slow deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.
