Ending Your Day 

Day 31 of 365  

Ending the First Month of Empowerment 365!
It has been one month since we started this journey together. Each night we have practiced and developed gratitude, forgiveness, humility, quiet relaxation and visualization. It is my sincere wish that each of YOU will receive a benefit, growth and personal development from each of the Empowerment activities. Now that we have established a foundation, the next step is the proper utilization of the Empowerment Tools. Please remember that effort, focus and commitment are the keys to success with the Empowerment. I encourage YOU to continue to practice and develop The Tools of Empowerment on a regular and consistent basis. Lastly, I would like to thank YOU for all of your support, encouraging words, comments and for allowing me to share what is in my heart with YOU each night. I wish each of YOU joy, peace, love and happiness each day, everyday one day at a time.

Quiet Reflection
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. 
Next, focus your thoughts on forgivness and humility. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.  

Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers.  
Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. 
Relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation, take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health. YOU can create balance in your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present.

Visualization 
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers, the beautiful trees and feel the warmth of the sun, shining gently down upon you. Enjoy the silence, love, joy and peace that exists within your garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am  peaceful." As YOU are feeling the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths. Practice this relaxation technique for a few moments prior to bed each night. 

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully.....

Ending the First Month of Empowerment 365!

Beginning Your Day
Gratitude 
Begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation. 

Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, waking with a sound mind and your health. 

Application
As YOU go through your day today, find as many reasons as YOU can to be to grateful.

Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start your this day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, your must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors. 

Application
Find one thing to forgive yourself or someone for today. Practice forgiving yourself and others for negative events from your past. 

Make a Effort to practice forgiveness today and everyday. 

Quiet Reflection

Sit quietly and feel the feelings of forgivness. Begin to feel the feeling of peacefulness and of release. Allow this feeling to move throughout your entire body. While YOU are mentally releasing, begin to breathe, long, slow, deep breaths, Begin to feel relaxed and at ease. 
Practice quiet reflection for a few moments today and each day. 

Humility
Today, practice humility by considering others as important as yourself. Begin to make a conscious and consistent effort to consider the needs of others. Practicing humility each day will allow YOU to create balance within your life.

ApplicationToday, practice humility. Direct your thoughts toward making humility a part of your life. Select a person that YOU would like to provide a service or do something nice for. Repeat the thought "I AM Humble." Repeat this thought as much as YOU  for as long as YOU can today.

Begin to practice humility today, each day, everyday, one day at at time. 

PEACE Personal Development Program

Effort: To simply TRY
Ability: Demonstration of your continuous Effort
Change: The result(s) YOU get from the demonstration of your Ability to Try
Emancipation: Freedom from problem, issue, situation, circumstance, life style or living condition

Monitoring YOUR Thoughts, Feelings, Moods and Emotions
Monitor your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions during your day today. Continue to think and feel as if YOU have accomplished your goal. Make the thoughts and feelings of success and accomplishment a part of your current way of thinking. Carry this positive thought/feeling with YOU throughout your day. Reflect on all of your unique, talents and gifts. Think and believe that YOU are worthy of success.  Make "I 
AM Great" your dominant thought/feeling for today. Remind yourself to think and feel thoughts of success and accomplishment all day today. 

It is important to think positive thoughts each day, because your thoughts create your reality.

The Way YOU Feel 
Continue to direct your thoughts toward your feelings, moods and emotions. Utilize your ability to manage your mood by redirecting yourself with power of positive thinking. Practice monitoring and managing your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions throughout your day today. 

Make the way YOU feel an important part of your day today and everyday. 

Quiet Time  
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can relax. Quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while slowly taking long deep breaths. Let them out slowly and just relax!

Focus 
Today, focus on thoughts of gratitude, forgiveness and humility. Focus your attention on controlling and managing the way YOU feel. Continue to direct your thoughts, feelings, actions and activities toward positive things. Focus on loving and caring for yourself even more today.

Become
Tonight become thankful for your life for it is a gift to YOU. Begin tonight to visualize and create the life that YOU desire. Begin tonight, to love yourself more, to respect yourself more, to appreciate yourself more. Tonight and each night of your life, attempt to appreciate YOU and all great things that YOU bring to the world. Begin to recognize and become greatful for all of your special gifts and talents. Begin tonight, to work toward making each tomorrow your greatest day ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born to be each day, everyday, one day at a time!

Quiet Reflection
End your day thinking and feel the feelings of gratitude. Become very thankful for your life and health. Sit quietly and feel the calming thoughts of peacefulness.  Begin to visualize yourself completely peaceful. Relax yourself, your mind and your thoughts to allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am calm, I am relaxed, and I am peaceful." While thinking and feeling thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility, breathe, long, slow breaths and just relax.

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become thankful for YOU, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully.....

To create balance within your life, YOU must forgive and leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself and others for all hurtful thoughts, words, actions, activities and behaviors. Begin to direct your thoughts toward humility. Make humility a part of each day of your life. Reflect on ways in which YOU will practice humility today and each day. Slowly and lovingly repeat the thought to yourself "I AM Focused." During your day, repeat this thought as much as YOU can for as long as YOU can.

Focus
Today, focus your attention on your goals. Keep your focus and intent directed toward the changes that YOU need to make. Focus your mind and thoughts on the areas within your life that need to be developed. Focus your attention and concentrate on developing YOU. Keep your attention on it and bring it into view. Place your thoughts and energy toward becoming a better person. Daily make the necessary adjustments  that will allow YOU to clearly see your goal, your development and your change. End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to reconnect with yourself. It only takes a few moments of quiet time to begin to find yourself. Why quiet reflection? This time allows YOU to connect to/with YOU. Daily, YOU give hours of time and energy to the responsibilities and activities of your life. Quiet reflection allows YOU to give a few moments back to yourself. Take a few moments each night to calm yourself, quiet your thoughts and relax! For few moments tonight to relax, release and let go of all of the events of your day. Think and feel the feelings of gratitude. Become very thankful for your life and health. Sit quietly and feel the calming feeling peacefulness.  Begin to visualize yourself completely peaceful. Relax yourself, your mind and your thoughts to allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Empowerment 365! Review

Foundation of Empowerment
Empowerment 365 will assist YOU in developing a full understanding of the Foundation of Empowerment which are the Empowerment Pledge, the PEACE Personal Development Program and The Tools of Empowerment. The Pledge is a commitment that YOU make to yourself, to consistently do the things necessary to achieve your desired goals. The PEACE Personal Development Program is a step by step process, outlining what needs to be done daily to successfully reach your goals. The Tools of Empowerment are core principles that are at the heart of the Empowerment Program. The Tools of Empowerment will assist YOU in identifying with self and creating balance within your life both personally and professionally.

Humility - Person or individual knowing self as YOU truly are. (placing others equal to oneself, providing service to others, freedom from pride, arrogance and boastfulness)
Balance - An even distribution of (energy, thought, focus and faith) enabling YOU to remain upright and steady.
Focus - The central point of YOUR attention or the center of YOUR interest or activity.
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability. 
YOU - The nature, character or unseen identity of the person or individual within.
