Begin each day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude
Sit quietly, close your eyes and begin to feel the feelings of gratitude, for waking with a sound mind, for all of your body systems functioning properly (your health) and for your life. Do this each day upon waking. Become thankful for the gift of life and health. Become grateful for the things that YOU do have: sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell and feelings. Stop to think for a moment, how your life would be without any of the things we generally take for granted. Join The Empowerment Fitness 30 Day Program
Spring is just around the corner and what better way to shake off the winter blues and weight gain than to set some goals and get into shape all while working on yourself? Empowerment Fitness is a 30 day program that combines motivation, empowerment, fitness and me (this you can get no where else). This program (an off shoot of my 90 day program) has been extremely effective in assisting individuals in reaching their short term goals. It has been so productive, that clients have stuck with their programs through the entire icy, snowy and bitterly cold winter! Meetings are up to 2-3 days per week for 45min to 1 hour. All dates and times are established around your schedule and availability.
