Month 4 Day 120 of 365 
Ending the 4th Month of Empowerment 365!
It has been four months since we started this journey together. I am excited about the change, growth and development that many of you are reporting. Please continue to become encouraged, motivated and inspired to put forth the effort to work on yourselves. Again, it is my sincere wish that YOU learn, change and grow from the daily Empowerment activities. Now that we have established a foundation, the next step is the proper utilization of the Empowerment tools. Please remember that effort, focus and commitment are the keys to success with the Empowerment. I encourage YOU to continue to develop the tools of Empowerment and utilize them on a daily basis. Lastly, I would like to thank all of YOU for your support, encouraging words, comments and for allowing me to share what is in my heart with YOU each day. I wish each of YOU joy, peace, love and happiness today, each day, everyday one day at a time.

This month we have practiced and developed the following concepts and ideas:

Beginning Your Day
Gratitude 
Begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation. 

Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, waking with a sound mind and your health. 

Application
As YOU go through your day today, find as many reasons as YOU can to be grateful.

Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, YOU must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors. 

Application
Find one thing to forgive yourself or someone for today. Practice forgiving yourself and others for negative events from your past. 

Make an Effort to practice forgiveness today and everyday. 

Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly and feel the feelings of forgiveness. Begin to feel the feeling of peacefulness and of release. Allow this feeling to move throughout your entire body. While YOU are mentally releasing, begin to breathe, long, slow, deep breaths, Begin to feel relaxed and at ease. 
Practice quiet reflection for a few moments today and each day. 

Humility
Today, practice humility by considering others as important as yourself. Begin to make a conscious and consistent effort to consider the needs of others. Practicing humility each day will allow YOU to create balance within your life.

Application
Today, practice humility by directing your thoughts toward making humility a part of your daily life. Select a person that YOU would like to provide a service or do something nice for. Repeat the thought "I AM Humble" Repeat this thought as much as YOU for as long as YOU can today.

Begin to practice humility today, each day, everyday, one day at a time. 

Empowerment Pledge

Today, direct your time, attention and thoughts toward the thing(s) that YOU know YOU need to work on or change. 

I AM Working on Myself, I AM Humble, I AM Peaceful, I AM Kind, I AM Disciplined, I AM Focused, I AM Healthy, I AM Positive, I AM Great, I AM Special, I AM Unique, I AM Forgiving, I AM Loving,  I AM Trusting, I AM Beautiful and I AM A Gift. 

Review your list of I AM Statements daily.

Monitoring YOUR Thoughts, Feelings, Moods and Emotions
Monitor your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions during your day today. Continue to think and feel as if YOU have accomplished your goal. Make the thoughts and feelings of success and accomplishment a part of your current way of thinking. Carry this positive thought/feeling with YOU throughout your day. Reflect on all of your unique, talents and gifts. Think and believe that YOU are worthy of success. 

Utilize "I  AM Great" as your dominant thought/feeling for today. Remind yourself to think and feel thoughts of success and accomplishment all day today. 

It is important to think positive thoughts each day, because your thoughts create your reality.

The Way YOU  Feel 
Continue to direct your thoughts toward your feelings, moods and emotions. Utilize your ability to manage your mood by redirecting yourself with power of positive thinking. Practice monitoring and managing your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions throughout your day today. 

Make the way YOU feel an important part of your day today and everyday. 

Quiet Time  
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can relax. Quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while slowly taking long deep breaths. Let them out slowly and just relax!

Focus 
Today, focus on thoughts of gratitude, forgiveness and humility. Focus your attention on controlling and managing the way YOU feel. Continue to direct your thoughts, feelings, actions and activities toward positive things. Focus on loving and caring for yourself even more today.  
Focus on YOU today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.

Ending Your Day

Quiet Reflection
End your day with quiet reflection, take this time to disconnect from the world and re-connect with yourself. It only takes a few moments of quiet time to relax and begin to find YOU within. Why quiet reflection? This time allows YOU to connect to/with YOU. Each day YOU give hours and hours of time and energy to the responsibilities and activities of your life. Quiet reflection allows YOU to give a few moments back to yourself. Take a few moments each night to calm yourself, quiet your thoughts and relax! Just for a few moments tonight, allow yourself to relax, release and let go of all of the events of your day. Think and feel the feelings of gratitude. Allow yourself to become thankful for your life and health.
Sit quietly and feel the calming feeling peacefulness and quiet relaxation.  Begin to visualize yourself relaxed and completely peaceful and releasing the cares, worries, anxiety and frustration that life some times brings. Relax yourself, your mind and your thoughts and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat to yourself "I AM Calm, I AM Relaxed, and I AM Peaceful." Begin to breathe long, slow breaths, think and feel thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while allowing yourself to just relax and let go. 
Practice quiet relaxation each night for just a few moments prior to bed. 

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become thankful, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....

Begin each day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude, appreciation and humility. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for waking with a sound mind, for all of your body systems functioning properly and for your life.

Empowerment 365! Review
Foundation of Empowerment
Empowerment 365 can assist YOU in developing a full understanding of the Foundation of Empowerment which are the Empowerment Pledge, the PEACE Personal Development Program and The Tools of Empowerment. The Pledge is a commitment that YOU make to yourself, to consistently do the things necessary to achieve your desired goals.
The PEACE Personal Development Program is a step by step process to successfully reach your goals.
The Tools of Empowerment are core principles that are at the heart of the Empowerment Program. The Tools of Empowerment will assist YOU in identifying with self and creating balance within your life both personally and professionally.

Forgiveness -The action or process of forgiving or being forgiven.
Humility - Person or individual knowing self as YOU truly are. (Placing others equal to oneself, providing service to others, freedom from pride, arrogance and boastfulness)
Balance - An even distribution of (energy, thought, focus and faith) enabling YOU to remain upright and steady.
Focus - The central point of YOUR attention or the center of YOUR interest or activity.
Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability. 
YOU - The nature, character or unseen identity of the person or individual within.

Empowerment 365 is a great way for YOU to work on the things that YOU know YOU need to work on and change.

Gratitude Forgiveness and Humility

Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs, waking with a sound mind, your health and for your life. Begin to think thoughts of forgiveness and release. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance within your life, YOU must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful thoughts, words, actions, activities and behaviors. Begin to direct your thoughts toward humility. Make humility a part of each day of your life. Reflect on ways in which YOU will practice humility. Practice repeating the thought “I AM Forgiving." Repeat this thought as much as YOU for as long as YOU can today.

Personal Goal
Today, I will work on myself. I will put forth the effort to work on me. Continue to keep this thought in your mind as YOU go through your day today.
Today, continue to practice focus. Begin to focus your attention on the thoughts,  feelings moods and emotions that YOU experience during the day.

Focus
Focus your attention on the things that YOU know YOU need to work on. Continue to focus your thoughts on all of the things that are good about YOU. Focus on what is special about YOU. Focus on what is unique about YOU. Visualize how it will feel to complete your goal. Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment and carry that feeling with YOU throughout your day.
Today, I will focus my attention on what is good, unique and special about me.  Make what is good about YOU, your dominant thought/feeling today. Feel good today, feel happy today and most of all make the way YOU feel the most important thing in your life today. Practice feeling good about YOU as much as YOU can, for as long as YOU can. 

Today's Activity
Create a list of all of the things that YOU can think of that are good, unique and special about YOU.

Quiet Time
In your quiet time take a few minutes to relax, review goals and your list of things that are good, unique and special about YOU. Remember to feel gratitude for your life and your health. 

Today, become thankful for YOU, begin to love YOU more and appreciate the things that are good, unique and special about YOU. Feel good about working on YOU today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.

Ending Your Day

Tonight, I remove my ego in an attempt to completely humble myself. I recognize that I am not perfect, yet I have the ability to strive for excellence in all of my ways.  I end this day with gratitude within my heart and mind for experiencing this day. I end this day with gratitude for my life and health by acknowledging that without my life I would not exist and without my health I could not enjoy the simple activities of life. At this moment, I express gratitude and appreciation for all of the blessings that I have received within my life both seen and unseen.

Quiet Reflection and
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax and unwind. Take slow, deep breaths and allow yourself to slowly relax. Breathe in and begin to mentally and emotionally relax your body and your mind. Allow yourself to relax and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Breathe in and release. Whenever YOU are ready, slowly begin to release the events of your day. Scan your mind and play it all back. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for each experience.

Visualization
Breathe in slowly, release and begin to visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed. Enjoy the quiet silence and peace. Feel the love, joy, beauty and peace that exist within YOU. Begin to feel and sense safety, security and protection all around YOU. Allow yourself to feel the calm tranquil aliveness that exists within as YOU re-energize. Allow yourself to feel loved. Begin to know, feel and believe that YOU are a unique and special gift to the world. Begin to embrace the power of your unlimited gifts, talent and potential..... Take a moment to become thankful for your life and health. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body and mind, while slowly repeating the thought "I AM Special" to yourself over and over....

Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....

The Goal
The goal of Empowerment 365 is to create a foundation for Personal Empowerment. This is done by identifying and creating a personal goal and working on it/YOU each day for one calendar year. The Empowerment is designed to assist YOU in the process of creating emotional balance and mental focus within your life.

Empowerment Pledge
I will work on myself; 
I will work on my issues, concerns hurts and pains.
I will, with support and assistance, strive to develop the tools necessary for me to become a better person.
I will welcome growth within myself by acknowledging that I am becoming better everyday, one day at a time.

Beginning Your Day
Begin your day with gratitude by becoming thankful for the experience of another day. It is important to think and feel gratitude within your life. Sit for just a few moments and just feel the feelings of gratitude and thankfulness. Allow this feeling to move throughout your entire body. While YOU are thinking and feeling, breathe in, take long, slow breaths and become quiet. Close your eyes and begin to feel gratitude for waking with a sound mind, your body, sight, hearing and senses. Relax and express gratitude for your mental, physical and emotional health, your life and for your gifts, strengths talents and abilities. 

Personal Goal
Today, I will work on myself. I will make an effort to work on my issues. Continue to keep this thought in your mind as YOU go through your day today. In order to become successful, I mean truly successful we have to get ourselves right within first. We often leave childhood, develop relationships, have children, create possessions, develop careers and in the midst of it all lose the most important thing in life... YOU!!! Along the way YOU have learned to focus your mind, thoughts and attention on everyone and everything except YOU. 

Focus
Today, direct your focus on YOU. Carefully examine your strengths, gifts, talents and abilities. Begin to focus your attention on your thoughts, moods, feelings and emotions. Direct your attention toward the things that YOU know YOU need to work on. Finally, focus upon the things that are good about YOU, focus on the things that are special about YOU and focus on the things that are unique about YOU.

End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. 

Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. 

Breathe in slowly, let is out and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers.  

Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. 

Once YOU are completely relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Bring your day to an end with thoughts and feelings of gratitude and appreciation.

Create balance within your life by mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present.

Completion

When YOU take the time to break it all down, it is the simple things that mean the most in life that we generally take for granted.
Begin today, to focus on the purpose for the one and only life that YOU have been given. Begin with appreciation for the simple things that YOU do have (your life, your health, a sound mind, your sight, your hearing and etc.) for without the simple things (that YOU take for granted) YOU would never experience the things that YOU spend the majority of your time worried about. Determine the things that are truly important in your life and begin there.
True happiness begins with love for self! When it is all said and done, we all have one day, one chance, one life and one YOU! Today, make YOU the most important person in your life. Do this not in a selfish way, but in the most positive and affirming way that YOU possibly can.

Personal Acknowledgement
I begin this day with gratitude within my heart and mind. I begin this day with gratitude for waking with a sound mind. I begin this day with gratitude for my life and my health. I begin this day acknowledging that without my life I could not exist and without my health I could not the simple activities or enjoy my life.

Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start this day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, YOU must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors. Attempt to find one thing to forgive yourself or someone for today. 

Quiet Time 
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can relax. Quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while slowly taking long deep breaths. Continue to breathe in, release slowly and begin to become thankful, relaxed and peaceful.

Today, make an effort to identify and to develop all of your strengths, talents, gifts and abilities.
