As we begin another week of E365 it is my sincere desire that YOU receive a great benefit, growth and personal development from practicing the Empowerment activities daily. Now that we have established a foundation for Personal Empowerment, the next step is the proper utilization of the Empowerment Process and Tools. Please remember that effort, focus and commitment are the keys to success within the Empowerment concept. I encourage YOU to continue to practice developing the tools of Empowerment on a daily basis. Lastly, I would like to thank YOU for all of your support, encouraging words, comments and for allowing me to share what is in my heart with YOU each day. Beginning Your Day
Take 5 minutes to begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling simple gratitude, humility and appreciation.
Take a few moments to close your eyes, sit quietly and feel the feelings of gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, lungs and for waking with a sound mind and your health.
As YOU go through your day today, find as many reasons as YOU can to be to humble, grateful and appreciative.
Take a few minutes to think thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start your this day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, you must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself and all others for any and all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors.
Find one thing to forgive yourself or someone else for today. Make it a daily practice to forgive yourself and others for negative events from your past.
Make a Effort to practice forgiveness today and everyday.
Take a few moments to it quietly and feel the feelings of forgiveness. Begin to feel the feeling of peacefulness and of total release. Pause and allow this feeling to move throughout your entire body. While YOU are mentally releasing, begin to breathe, long, slow, deep breaths. Begin to feel relaxed and at peace.
Practice quiet reflection for a few moments today and each day.
Take a few moments to practice humility. To do this, you must begin the practice of making the wants and needs of others as important as your own wants and needs. Begin to make a conscious and consistent effort to consider the needs of others. Practicing humility each day will allow YOU to create balance within your life.
Today, practice humility. Direct your thoughts toward making humility an important part of your life. This week select a person that YOU would like to provide a service or do something nice for without wanting anything in return. Today, repeat the thought "I AM Humble." Repeat this thought as much as YOU for as long as YOU can today.

The Way YOU Feel
Monitoring YOUR Thoughts, Feelings, Moods and Emotions
During your day practice monitoring your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions. Continue to think and feel as if YOU have accomplished your goal. Make the thoughts and feelings of success and accomplishment a part of your current way of thinking. Reflect on all of your unique, talents and gifts. Think and believe that YOU are worthy of success. Make "I AM Working On Myself" your dominant thought/feeling for today. Remind yourself to think and feel thoughts of success and accomplishment all day today.
It is important to think positive thoughts each day, because your thoughts create your reality.
Make the way YOU feel an important part of your day today and everyday.
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can simply relax quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility. Remember to slowly take take long deep breaths and let them out slowly and while YOU are relaxing.
Today, focus on thoughts of gratitude, forgiveness and humility. Focus your attention on controlling and managing the way YOU feel. Continue to direct your thoughts, feelings, actions and activities toward positive things. Focus on loving and caring for yourself even more today.

The Practice of Becoming
Tonight become thankful for your life for it is a gift to YOU. Begin tonight to create the life YOU desire by mentally visualizing the life that YOU desire. Tonight, begin to love yourself more, to respect yourself more, to appreciate yourself more. Tonight and each night of your life, attempt to appreciate YOU and all great things that YOU bring to the world. Begin to recognize and become grateful for all of your special gifts and talents. Tonight, to work toward making each tomorrow your greatest day ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born by finding and living your purpose today, each day, everyday, one day at a time!
End your day thinking and feeling the feelings of gratitude. Become very thankful for your life and health. Sit quietly and feel the calming thoughts of peacefulness. Begin to visualize yourself completely peaceful. Relax yourself, your mind and your thoughts to allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM calm, I AM relaxed and I AM peaceful." While thinking and feeling thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility, breathe, long, slow breaths and just relax.

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become thankful for your life, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully.....
