Begin your day with gratitude. Become thankful for your life and your abilities. Begin to think on all the positive things that have been placed within your life. Reflect on the thoughts, emotions and energy that YOU need to put forth to become the authentic YOU. Reflect the love, joy, happiness and peace that is within YOU. See all of the positive things that surround your life, the people, places and things. Begin to see see yourself, your actions, your activities and your possessions and take this moment to become thankful for it all.
Utilizing Effort To Reach Your Goals and Dreams
To begin the process of Empowerment and to reach your goals and dreams, the first step is changing your mindset. This change only comes with consistent repeated thoughts of what YOU desire and focus upon. Remember, all of your thoughts are important. YOU must begin to make your thoughts an important part of your life, only because the results of your thoughts acted out (your actions and behaviors) becomes your life. The change that YOU seek comes from developing a new and consistent pattern of thinking. This means determining something that YOU want to do and then consistently focusing your thoughts, words actions and activities toward it. Once YOU have determined what it is that YOU want to change, work toward or focus on then YOU have to become consistent with your effort. This means repeating the thought, act and action until it becomes habit, second nature, a way of life or lifestyle.
