Beginning Your Day
Begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. Close your eyes and think of things that YOU are grateful for. Begin to have appreciation and gratitude for the gift of life and health.
Sit quietly and feel the feelings of gratitude. Think and feel gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs and for waking with a sound mind.
Begin this day with thoughts of forgiveness. Create balance within your life by leaving yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself and others for all hurtful words, actions, activities and behaviors.
Sit quietly and feel the feelings of forgivness. Begin to feel the feeling of peacefulness and of release. Allow this feeling to move throughout your entire body. While YOU are mentally releasing past events, begin to breathe, long, slow, deep breaths, Begin to feel relaxed and peaceful.
Practice quiet reflection for a few moments today and each day.

Today, practice forgiveness. Direct your thoughts toward finding forgiveness within. Select a person from your past that YOU would like to forgive. Sit quietly alone and begin to relax by breathing slowly and deeply. Lovingly and gently send that individual forgiveness. Complete this exercise with thoughts of loving yourself more, do this by repeating the thought "I AM Forgiving." Repeat this thought as much as YOU can today.
