Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within, release and let it go. Begin to relax and feel good within. Live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to create within mental and emotional balance.
Visualization
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Begin to practice finding your central focal point. To do this, block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue to focus on visualizing a circle the size of the palm of your hand within your mind. Begin to see and visualize this circle. Practice making this circle small and then large. Practice making this circle change colors from white to yellow. Continue to practice finding and visualizing your central focal point until YOU can clearly see it and completely focus upon it. Each day practice developing your central focal point, this exercise will help YOU to develop and maintain mental focus.
Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Close your eyes and slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe slowly, relax and let it out. Breathe in and slowly release. Begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., focus on it, breathe and release. Relax your neck....., breathe in and release. Relax your shoulders...., breathe in and release. Breathe in and relax your arms...., Breathe in and release, relax your elbows.... Breathe in, release and relax your hands and fingers. Slowly breathe in, sit quietly and begin to mentally feel the calm of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are very calm and relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. While releasing, begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for your health. Take several slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life. Begin to create balance within your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing each night prior to bed.
Completion
After completing your visualization and mental reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio allow your mind and body to rest...... Peacefully...

Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability.
